Actions taken

Below we specify some significant actions taken to improve our environmental work:

• Certification ISO 14001
• Connected to the REPA register
• Calculation for our emission of CO2
• Introduced marking of CO2 in our quotations.
• Changed to a “Bra Miljöval” – marked electricity contract
• Changed to invoices by e-mail
• Use of recycled toners
• Separation at source including recycling of cardboard paper, plastic, paper, electronics, batteries and printed circuit boards.
• Every new employee is introduced in our environmental system.
• Introduced a clear direction for our suppliers in our evaluation of a new supplier, for our main suppliers we require certificate for ISO 14001, or a clear plan and started project to be certified.
• Distribution of our code of conduct to all of our suppliers, handled the same way as other instructions we require our suppliers to follow.
• Adjusted printers for double-sided print outs

Started projects

• Started to implement CSR related work through the whole supply chain, and implemented related issues in our audit and evaluation process. This way we will get a discussion started and also make sure that this is reviewed in factory.
• Connected to the REPA register
• Continue to find good ways to calculate the emission of CO2 in the supply chain.
• Reduce weekly assemblies from Asia with 1/3.
