the development of our management system has proceeded through different stages in order to ensure an efficient design and control.

Identification of processes

every workflow was analyzed based on activity in order to find which activities needed control, and estimation of risks for each activity. This way we could also clarify risks and need for improvements in each activity. Based on this needed routines where designed.

Identification of management control measure

design and development of management control measures in order to clarify the organizations direction through vision, business concept, company values, business-/ process objectives and policies.

Identification of needed infrastructure

investments in needed infrastructure in order to build efficiency and security throughout the management system.

Implementation

design of systems and processes, construction of routines and other management control measures.

Certification of management system

This certification concerns ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. PCB Connect AB and OY were certified in 2008. Our certification partner is Bureau Veritas.

Development

this phase is a never ending process, our management system and processes are constantly developed.
