Process description
New order
when we receive a new order we make the necessary reviews of your production files to secure that each order can be delivered according to requirements in order. Before the production it might be questions and issues regarding files which need to be solved before the production can start. All technical questions are followed by PCB Connect and if needed we discuss them with customer. This way we can solve all questions as soon as possible and the production can be started with minimized risk for problems later in the process.
In production
during the production we have dedicated personnel, both in each sales office as well as our representative office in China, who constantly follow each order during the production. Each order status is checked with regards to our confirmed delivery date. This careful status update ensures quick actions taken whenever needed to secure the confirmed delivery date. If we find that we can’t avoid a delay, you shall feel secure that you get information from PCB Connect about this as soon as possible.
Shipment preparation
When the PCBs has been finished each supplier has access to PCB Connects own instruction regarding how the packing, marking and shipment shall be prepared to avoid any problems along the way. Each Shipment is then followed by our own dedicated personnel until delivery has been carried out either to customer site or our own warehouse.
PCB Connect warehouse
all our orders are either shipped directly to customer or through one of our own warehouses. This way we have possibility to handle each order with a great flexibility both concerning specific packing requirements, as well as quick shipments for urgent needs. It is also a great advantage that each person handling warehousing of PCBs are well aware about PCB Connects instructions and values, and we have the possibility to check each arrival with regards to order information and specifications.
Shipment from warehouse
as we have our own warehouse we can quickly ship out goods in relation to any urgent need. Our warehouse is also located geographically effective, we have several terminals just 2 minutes away, and can this way get pickup by transporter even if the pickup closing time has been passed. And if needed we simply deliver it by ourselves!
Delivery to customer
each order is followed by our own dedicated personnel until delivery has been carried out at customer site. This way you shall feel safe with that any deviations in the planned route are followed and acted on by PCB Connect.
Evaluation of delivery
each order are carefully analyzed with regards to our actual delivery performance. We measure each order in 4 dimensions;
This data is then compiled and every deviation is analyzed to find the root cause. This way we can ensure to take effective actions to constantly improve our delivery performance in the same direction as our targets.
