Below you can see our sales process and the included activities. Our whole organization is involved in our sales process, and it’s only good performance from everyone involved, which will lead to our continuous development.
In the direct sales contact, it is either your designated sales person or back office department you will have contact with. But in order for us to offer the best solution, both our technical and logistical department is included in the process at an early stage.
As a customer to PCB Connect, you can expect quick answers and availability from our side. You shall not have to wait for our quotation, and our order confirmation you can expect to receive within 24-48 hours. We focus a lot of resources in being there for our customers, no matter the assistance needed.
Our quotation process has been fully automated and is designed for our specific use and needs. It has been built in our system for automated process management, with the focus to ensure quick answers with high level of control and traceability. It has also been designed with regards to our possibility to follow up our quotations and sales process in an effective way. Our ability to analyze all information within the quotation process enables us to take actions based on cause.
